System classification

One card for one meter system (Domestic type)

Multi-card for multi-meter system (Public type)

1- One card per person, plug and play. Deduct the amount of the card precisely according to the water flow.

2- One card for multiple meters (multiple meters for one card). Water prices can be grouped by meter groups, all cards for the same group of meters can be accepted by this group of meters. Cards for different groups of meters cannot be mixed used.

Unified management of water, electricity and gas

1- One card for one household water meter, electricity meter and gas meter; top up meter credit before using energy.

2- The water, electricity and gas meters are charged with the same user card

System description

This system is a prepaid system for water management. After each user pays the water bill in advance to the designated management office, the IC card written into the water purchase information is taken home, inserted into the water meter or placed in the induction area, the water purchase information is imported into the meter, and water can be used. When the balance is zero, the valve is closed, and the water only can be used after the water is purchased again. Each time purchasing water, the IC card can also bring the meter data back to the management software to for recording, inquiring, analyzing, and statistics. Compared with the traditional manual meter reading, charging and other methods, this system solves the problem of difficult meter reading and charging, and realizes automatic settlement, automatic statistical analysis and other functions, which is suitable for water management departments such as water companies, real estate companies and property management departments

According to different use environment and requirements, users can flexibly choose stand-alone version or online version. The stand-alone version of the system requires only one PC, the database and operating software are installed on the same PC, which is suitable for applications where the management scope is concentrated, the management personnel involved are small, and the management projects are simple.

The network version system requires several PCS to install management software, one of which acts as a server, and each computer is connected through a local area network. It is suitable for the application where there are more managers involved and the management project is relatively complex. For example, managers, operators, and finance staff can be involved at the same time, each working on their own PC.
